SWACPAY SOLUTIONS PRIVATE LIMITED is only a reseller of postpaid mobile services provided by telecommunications and other distributors or aggregators of such service providers. SWACPAY SOLUTIONS PRIVATE LIMITED does not warrant or guaranty of the services to be provided by the service provider(s). Bill sold by us to User is sold without recourse against us for any breach of contract by the Telco. Any disputes regarding the quality, minutes provided, cost, expiration, or other terms of the bill purchased must be handled directly between User (or the recipient of the bill) and the Telco. Bill payment/Insurance Premium payment etc. For availing or using the said service of payment of any bill, Premium etc. User undertakes to provide complete, correct and all the requisite information for making the payment. Failure to provide complete or correct information will entitle SWACPAY SOLUTIONS PRIVATE LIMITED to reject the transaction, suspend or terminate User's account for any future operation.
Any complaints, abuse or concerns with regards to content and or comment or breach of these terms shall be immediately informed to the designated Grievance Officer as mentioned below
